About Me

Janice Innes MSc, Dip NT, mANP, mNNA, mGNC, mCNHC

After  experiencing my own health scare, I sought out natural solutions to resolve my health.  The consequential benefits and passion which followed, resulted in me studying at an award winning College in order to gain my Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. I now take thorough case histories from my clients in order to identify root causes for their health concerns,  leading to the preparation of a personalised plan where I offer nutritional, supplement and lifestyle guidance to enable clients to optimise their health. Functional testing can also be arranged to dig deeper into why certain conditions may be manifesting.


Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy is based on the principle that given the right conditions, the body has an innate capacity to heal itself.

A range of conditions can be supported and nutritional therapy focuses on looking at the body as a whole, rather than individual areas. 


Symptoms can reflect insufficiencies in nutrients and this is where working together, I can identify what the body may need to alleviate what you are currently experiencing. Through food, and potentially supplements, there is an opportunity to bring about change and improvements.





Clinic days vary weekly and I operate from Banchory Business Centre, Burn O'Bennie Road, Banchory, Aberdeenshire, AB31 5ZU I operate a clinic each week, so please get in touch to either arrange a discovery call or book an appointment.

I am currently undertaking further training so that I can offer Nutrigenomic DNA Testing in the near future.  Nutrigenomics focuses on genes that relate and respond to nutrition and lifestyle interventions.
